Admission and Acceptance Standards and Criteria

• Admission appointment is decided over the phone or by filling an online application form.
• Application delivery after filling and printing the online application. Consequently, a visit to the school is arranged.

Upon visiting the school, the following procedures will be done (Pre. K & Kg 1): 

• School Tour
• Orientation
• Kid interview
• Parents interview

 Students’ placement tests are in the following subjects:

• English
• Math
• Second language

Interview results are released within 2 working days. In case of acceptance, parents will receive an email; however, in case the application is declined candidates receive an email with rejection letter.

Age Guidelines: 

• Students are to be placed in the correct year group according to their age.

Please consider the below- mentioned requirements for KG admission: 

• Pre K .age is between 2 years and 6 months to 3 and 6 months in the first of October.
• K.G 1 admission age is between 3 and 6 months up to 5 years and 6 months in the first of October.

  Parental Marital Status (married , separated or Divorced ) If separated or divorced, custody is with? -----------

• Computerized original birth certificate (original for Egyptians and a copy for Non-Egyptians)
• Both Parent’s IDs copies
• Passport size Photos
• previous stamped post cards (transferred student)
• Proof of year of schooling (transferred students)
• Proof of extracurricular activities if exists
• Letter of recommendations from teachers, head of departments, school deputy , school principal if any of the mentioned available ( optional )
• Class rank (if exists)
• Passport copy and citizenship status
• Electronic transfer from the student’s previous school
