Marina is an articulate qualified HOD of Early Years Department. She has an experience of almost 15 years working with students and their parents from different cultures and countries and teachers from diverse backgrounds. She is a committed and dedicated professional with a proven ability to teach, motivate and direct students to maximum performance by encouraging a positive and energetic environment inside the classroom. She is skilled at bringing challenging and innovative teaching/learning atmosphere which empowers the active learner. With teachers and educators, she is using collaborative and transformational way of management, creating friendly and supportive atmosphere inside the department, which helps teachers to show their best in commitments to work and to be the greatest examples for children.

She believes that every child is a genius and the main role of an educator is to find a sparkle and develop it until the child shines.

Here is a brief encounter with her:

In 2007, she earned her Bachelor Degree of linguistic in Pyatigorsk State Linguistic University.
In 2009, she earned her Master’s Degree of linguistic in Pyatigorsk State Higher Professional Educational Institution.
In 2009, she started her career at “Wedgewood Resort” in Alaska, USA, taking part in exchange program and working as a teacher for American students, after one year she repeated this program working this time in Destin, Florida, USA.
In 2010, she got back to Russia working in a school as a Head of English Department.
In 2011, she moved to United Arab Emirates expanding her career by learning about Administration and Management field.
In 2014, she moved to Egypt and resumed her Career in Educational field starting her work by getting to know the smallest children in Early Years Institution, working in Nurseries and schools.
For the last 10 years, she has spent in Egypt, she has been working in several new schools in Cairo and Port Said, helping them to establish the Early Years Department, to put in system all the rules and regulations, to create a loving and caring environment for children, where they can flourish and safely develop themselves.
She has attended a great number of educational courses and webinars, provided by Cambridge, British council, MM publications, and Infinite learning, about Early Years Learning.
In 2020-2021 she took part in online conference in Oxford ELTOC.
In 2024 she attended Play Summit, Niletesol, Eduvation conferences, where topics were about Learning in Early Years, Management skills, Emotional and Artificial Intelligence.

Marina is an effective communicator with excellent relationship management, self-correspondence skills and strong problem – solving abilities. She is highly dedicated and self-motivated professional with proficiency in organizing workshops, presentations, webinars, special events and campaigns.

Rania Ahmed Samara

On the surface, Rania Ahmed is an English Social Studies Head of Department and teacher at Concord International College. With over 15 years of teaching experience, Rania always strives for excellence and works very diligently to prove herself. Moreover, she always ensures the viability of establishing a rapport with her students, colleagues and parents.

Rania was born on 22 of May 1976 in the city of Kuwait. Born to an Egyptian mother and a Jordanian father, Rania has always been interested in learning about various cultures. She went to Gulf English School of Kuwait till she was 14 years of age. Later on, and due to the Iraqi invasion of Kuwait, the family had to move back to Egypt. In Egypt, she joined Rajac International Schools where she graduated with from the IGCSE system.

Later on, her mother and father sent her to The Faculty of Hotels and Tourism, 6th of October University. She wasn’t very much interested in tourism as she always had a great passion for teaching. Consequently, she started teaching English at Cairo British School, in which she stayed for four years teaching and enjoying every minute of it. After that, she took on a new job teaching English Social Studies at Nefertari International School. She has taught both sections; The British and the American Sections. She stayed there for 9 years. Her next move was to Dover International School where she taught both English and English Social Studies to Grades 5 and 9. Her final move was to Concord International College where she has embarked on the journey of being a Social Studies teacher, as well as a Head of Department.

Because of her love for teaching and learning which are intrinsic to her nature, Rania joined many Professional Development courses throughout her working career. Mostly, these were workshops held by the British Council at NBIS related to Classroom Management, Types of Assessment and Dealing Adolescents.

Ms. Merna Gamal has 9 years of experience in the field of academic teaching.

In 2017:

She earned bachelor degree of specific education department of musical education..
She joined the diploma program at the Faculty of Specific Music Education, ASU
She workd a music teacher at Rahn German schulen in kairo and participated in many concerts at the German Gotha Institute..
Until now work as a lecturer (music theory - piano and flute instructor) at the Royal Academy of Music - ABRSM in Egypt.

In 2018:

until now started work as a lecturer at the Faculty of Specific Education, Department of Music Education, specializing in orchestration (flute and music theory) - Benha University.
appointed as a member of the jury for the choral and solo performance competitions held at the annual St. Mark Coptic Orthodox Church Festival, which gave me the opportunity to evaluate and mentor young musical talents.

In 2019 she obtained a Diploma in music education from ASU with degree: excellence.

In 2017 she obtained a TOEFL certificate score: 450/600 from ASU in Cairo

In 2020 she worked as a Music teacher of American division - Qaitbay international (AIA schools).

In 2022:

She obtained a Master's degree in Specific Education, Department of Music Education, Excellent degree Ain shams University, Cairo.
Worked as head of music education department - IVY STEM international schools

In 2023 was appointed as head of Department of Music Education at Concord International College

In 2024:

She finished studying the doctoral degree program in Philosophy of Education, Orchestral Specialization, from Ain Shams University, degree: excellence..
In the same year, she obtained TOEFL certificate score: 520/600 from Ain Shams University ,and Two certificates in leadership skills and communication skills..

Mrs. Gliciane Aragao

With over 15 years of experience in education, Mrs. Gliciane Silveira Aragão is a dedicated Academic Coordinator of the Early Years Foundation Stage. She graduated in Visual Arts with Licensure to Teach from the Federal University of Sergipe in 2010 and has been engaged in the educational field since 2008.

Her career began with a managing position as a High School Manager and Higher Elementary Coordinator, alongside teaching Art History. Mrs. Aragão furthered her expertise with a double Masters Specialization in Clinical and Institutional Psychopedagogy from Faculty Pio Décimo in 2012, focusing on Educational Psychology, learning disabilities, and special education.

She has continued her professional development with recent extension courses in Neuroscience of Development and Evolutionary Brain Studies from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUC-RS) in 2024. Her extensive teaching experience includes roles as an English Teacher, Art Teacher, and Educational Coordinator in various international settings.

She has also worked as a psychopedagogist and art therapist, providing psychological interventions and educational counseling. Her previous roles include Planning Supervisor, Head Assistant of Foundation Stage, and English Instructor at various prestigious institutions.

Her professional journey includes:

- 2008: Trainee Art Teacher at Fundação Renascer do Estado de Sergipe, where she was made manager of the other interns and created the program for the classes.

- 2008: General Manager, Executive Producer and Art Direction, with the company “Espaço Éden”, at the 5a Health and Environment Week of PETROBRÁS.

-2009-2010: Educational Manager, Elementary Coordinator, and Art Teacher at Colégio Purificação.

- 2010-2011: Art HOD and Teacher of higher elementary stage of SESC Sergipe, Brazil.

- 2012-2015: approved 1st place State contest, English and Art Teacher at the State Educational Secretary of Sergipe.

- 2013-2015: Psychopedagogist and Art Therapist at her own clinical office in Brazil.

- 2015-2016: English Instructor and Coach for The EE Community; and English Supervisor and Art Teacher at Wiggles and Giggles Preschool in New Cairo.
